About
The 1919 bungalow is occupied by homeowners David and Stacy with their three boys Matthew, Justin, and Nathan. These are their adventures as they make changes (hopefully improvements!) to their home.
The home is solid, and in good shape for a 90 year old home. The woodwork is beautiful, light is abundant, and the neighborhood is great. However, there is more potential in this old house: We could use more space, work of past owners needs to be “undone”, and we share our space with mice.
We’re not sure why this might be interesting to anyone, but we’re going to document it anyway. Maybe it will make us feel good to look back at how far we’ve come.

Hey guys — good luck with your reno! We also own a 1916 bungalow in Denver, and have similar stories and photos! We just started a basement remodel (older finished basement) and can relate to the long days of tearing out old lathe and plaster (with the dust that gets everywhere!) Keep it up! – Rob and Holly
